moneypitmike
My current 41.0/39 is my lowest of the year. We'll see if I can drop a tad more before the rebound. Not enough to break into the 30's methinks.

CapturedNature
Looks like I'm currently 40° so still no 30s for me but a tick colder than the other morning so I'll take that. We'll see what happens in a little bit when I go out to the box and get the "official" low. This weekend looks like it will offer additional opportunities to get a tick colder. I manged to pull in a 39° this morning. I noticed some widely scattered frost in the normally colder spots as drove down the hill and through town on my way into Springfield this morning. First 30s of the season and I'm sure it won't be the last!

HoarfrostHubb
Looks like my neighbor's station hit 35.3 Not sure how accurate that is, but a nice morning. tamarack
Temp at 6:30 was halfway between 31 and 32, and the windshield needed scraping. Earliest for 1st 32-or-below since 2002. Coldest I saw for NNE was BML at 30, HIE 31. Aroostook wasn't as cold, maybe still had some wind/cloud?

Not on the ground, but on a few roofs and a couple of cars in open low lying places when I was 39 so I suspect they were 36-37°.

Quincy
MAV MOS has been awfully skewed by climo. Last night it had 89F for BDL, 6z was 92F and based off of everything we're seeing, there's a strong signal for mid-90's in the warmest valleys. The 850mb temperatures alone (with partial sunshine) support highs of 94-96F this time of the year.
Tropopause_Fold
fwiw...the 9/11/83 record of 99F (thanks ryan) had 12z 850s of only 17-18C across most of the NE. i actually couldn't find OKX though. i haven't gone back and looked at the previous day's temps or precip data. that seemed pretty low to me given the time of year especially. perhaps it was an exceptionally dry/warm stretch leading into that event. Looks like a good westerly flow back in 1983. This time around it appears a bit more from the SW:
