Baroclinic Zone
7 inches of rain will do that, Coventry on 117 is on the Patuxent? Yeah, South Branch cuts right thru downtown Coventry. Between rt 3 & Rt 117 is where the river runs. Time to see if these cells hold together as they cut across the Bay, History says no.

Quincy
Yeah we really have not had much of anything noteworthy this year.Very underwhelming. Not that we should expect much, but just about every event has been very isolated and/or marginal. There was the spinner day though. Maybe next year we'll get one outbreak/mod risk day. If the metric is "a severe thunderstorm at my house" than you're going to be disappointed often... even if you live in Oklahoma. Impressive thunderstorms and hail across Long Island, SE CT, and Rhode Island. Pretty much an AWT in terms of areas and threats.
