Big Jims Videos
I drove over the swatara at 1 pm today and it was lapping out of the banks. The roads were clogged then. I had to goto upstate ny today but I live in downtown Hershey and I wasn't there in 2011 but a lot of people in town were caught off guard today talking to some locals at turkey hill. 81 was a mess, 322 and 422 were grid locked as well. Can't imagine how much worse it got.
dcfox1
Have 8.32 now. Over an inch since this afternoon. I just keep thinking what it would be like if this came after a month of normal rainfall. Not sure about flood guidance but thinking the ground handled the first 3-4 inches as dry as its been.
