I was thinking Lincoln Memorial steps since the website suggested that as a good view. I hate that the Red Line is closed though so I'd have to come down via Green/Yellow...don't want to drive. Low this morning was 36.9 degrees. I walked the Greenbrier Trail up in Pocahontas County over the past week, agree with this. BTW, fogged in AGAIN this am.
