Better than nothing, so I'll gladly take it. Should green things up pretty good, given the cooler weather. Yesterday was wonderful. High 70 with a nice cool breeze and just enough cloudiness to keep it comfortable. It was crystal clear at 11 PM, but at some point clouds moved in and kept our temps from hitting bottom. Only made it to 50F. Hopefully, the clouds stick around today, so we don't overperform on the highs. Ripped out all the annuals that look like they were done and put in some new perennials that can brave the winter. Going to work on cleaning out the garden. We actually had a spring this year (for the first time in years), and summer felt like the summers I remember as a kid. Woke up to rain this morning, but it's clearing up now. Impressive that down here in coastal SC right now temps are at around 70. Beautiful 10 days shaping up down here, too! KOKV is currently negative total for the month. It's almost a certainty that we finish below avg. for September. If it happens, that's 8 of the last 13 below avg.
