Had off and on Lake rain during the night...More than I expected actually. frost adv all around but have a sneaky suspicion inland areas in APX will be upgraded to a freeze. Brewers
Low of 49 at MKE, first sub 50 low since June 19th. Point forecast has 50 for a low which will likely bust if we have a period of calm winds overnight
Geos
At 58° right now with clouds building here also. Made it to 48° DLL- I bet Sparta has the shortest growing season of any town in southern WI.

Hoosier
Amazing waterspout pics. Some of the best I've seen over any body of water let alone Lake Michigan. Point has 42 here tonight. Will be interesting if we can snag a sub 40...I'd put the odds at less than 50%

Geos
If you want the latest waterspout forecast, you can check it out here: http://www.icwr.ca/great-lakes-waterspout-forecast.php Sweet! Today doesn't look like the day for them. Flat cumulus are dotting the skies. Not looking like it will get much past 63° today.
Brewers
Many areas away from the lake are currently reporting dew points in the 30's. The dew points should bounce up a bit once daytime mixing ends but with high pressure overhead providing good radiational cooling, most inland locations will probably dip into the 30's overnight. huronicane
Sweet! Today doesn't look like the day for them. Flat cumulus are dotting the skies. The forecast graphics show that as well. Someone should probably teach Tracy Butler a bit about waterspouts...

Jonger
This is for Friday, I mean I do see chances for 30s up in Northern Lower Michigan for Saturday morning, but I would be very shocked to see places below 35. Prepare to be shocked.

Jonger
just north of Houghton Lake is my guess for the cold spot.... flat and desolate! here, I say 34 at my house and the valley a few miles from here on the north side of Ellsworth, 31. Good call, I was thinking the same area. I drive through there quite often in winter and this is almost always where I am around 6-8am and its consistently the coldest part of my trip. michsnowfreak
I expect the rural areas of SE MI to dip into the 30s tonight. GORGEOUS day today! High 62F, a nice Fall breeze, billow clouds with intervals of sunshine, and the crisp feel of Fall all around Love it. Its crazy to think the 2pm temp Wednesday was 90F and the 2pm temp Friday was 59F!

cyclone77
Made it to 71 today. Dew is only 34 out there right now. Very dry air in place. Still have a shot at upper 30s here tonight. If MLI can get to 39 they'll tie the record. Wouldn't it be something to have a few record highs in the upper 90s, followed by a record/tie low in the upper 30s in the same week.
