Amazing waterspout pics. Some of the best I've seen over any body of water let alone Lake Michigan.

Point has 42 here tonight. Will be interesting if we can snag a sub 40...I'd put the odds at less than 50%

My point is 39 for tonight.  If we can get under 40 Chicago WX may make an appearance.

Many areas away from the lake are currently reporting dew points in the 30's. The dew points should bounce up a bit once daytime mixing ends but with high pressure overhead providing good radiational cooling, most inland locations will probably dip into the 30's overnight.

just north of Houghton Lake is my guess for the cold spot.... flat and desolate!

here, I say 34 at my house and the valley a few miles from here on the north side of Ellsworth, 31.

Good call, I was thinking the same area.

I drive through there quite often in winter and this is almost always where I am around 6-8am and its consistently the coldest part of my trip.

Made it to 71 today.  Dew is only 34 out there right now.  Very dry air in place.  Still have a shot at upper 30s here tonight.

If MLI can get to 39 they'll tie the record.  Wouldn't it be something to have a few record highs in the upper 90s, followed by a record/tie low in the upper 30s in the same week.
