Should see some breaks of sun in the next hour or so.  Perhaps some longer breaks in the mid/ate afternoon offering some more late highs.  A bit of a back and forth pattern looks to be unfolding the first week to 10 days of Sep before warmer pattern by the middles of the month.

MAIN AREA OF CONCERN IS WESTERN QUEENS AND MIDTOWN MANHATTAN.

Disgustingly swamp like here on Long Island (PJ). Seems I will remember this summer for being wet and most humid in memory. The summer season ends as it began--wet and disappointing, though Memorial Day was cold. I remember posting a comparison shot of PJ v some Air Force base in Greenland and how we were colder than them. On 5/25 or so. Anyway, hope Sep dries out
