I know it has to do with the marine layer, but in Maine even when the storms aproach the coast it seems that they don't weaken like ours always do. I know it has to do with the marine layer, but in Maine even when the storms aproach the coast it seems that they don't weaken like ours always do. bc they are in a position with better bulk shear, and less cin then the NYC metro area.
