Uphill is much easier in the knees.

Im sure the whiners will take issue , but did you ever have Plantar Fasiitis? I've got it in my left foot. I did 40 miles this week including 12 this morning and it has been excruciating. I'm going to the Dr next week. I've heard cortisone shot can help, but it only masks the pain and it can come back worse

Be careful with plantar fasciitis. I got it after an intense running period in my early 40s. It took a complete shut down for 9-12 months to cure it. Boy was I a fat slob at the end of that period...lol.

After NYC shut down for the winter or Boston may be in jeopardy for you. Mine was so bad that when I got out of bed in the morning as soon as I stepped I was in agony.

My persona won't let me. I just can't stop running. Ill have to figure out something with treatment or something.

Dew dandy today. Last humid period of the season it appears

I've never had that, but have had a variety of sports injuries (a lot of knee stuff particularly) and I know what you mean about not stopping. I'll try to ski through anything but the injuries usually just get worse. I've had docs tell me if I had just stopped, XYZ wouldn't have happened and now you may need surgery.

It is just really hard to stop doing what you enjoy until you just physically can't do it anymore. But most docs will tell you that is the exact opposite of what you should do, lol. Just look ahead and see what can happen with that foot injury if you don't take a break. How serious can it get, that sort of stuff.

I'm telling you, I ignored the plantar fasciitis until I could barely walk. Listen to your body Kevin. I didn't and now sorely miss running (although in my late 60s that may have occurred anyway...lol).

exercise bike ftw, just finished 12 mi/ 400 calories.
