CoastalWx
Yeah, but this is the earliest I can remember it leaning negative since the times it was always negative in 07-08. Does this mean an early winter? Above normal sleet? North of Pike winter? Cold but little snow? I'm thinking north of the pike winter.
CoastalWx
Looks like we have a few more weeks left. "September to me is a time for change, reflection and boredom. It's a terrible wx month if you are looking for excitement which most of us are. Days and days of sun and 75-80/50 are not my idea of fun. Come Sept 22nd..the first day of fall..I will have made the full transformation into cold wx season. "

Yea I had mine roaring, burned a whole lot of brush we cleared for the new gardens and your favorite cottonwood trees. It was getting nippy around 10PM. Nothing better than smelling the fresh air in the AM with the windows wide open and dryness everywhere. Spectacular day again today.

weathafella
I hate September through November. Useless months to me. Losing light with little chance of snow doesn't make me happy. By November at least I'm looking forward to winter which is close.
