nzucker Posted August 1, 2013 Share Posted August 1, 2013 July was below average in Orlando, but even 90/75 is below average there, lol.Most of the Southeast has had a very chilly summer...temperatures have been below average from Texas through the Carolinas. The Northeast and Mountain West/Southwest have been the torch spots this summer. Given the August pattern, the South should hold onto its cold anomalies, the Northeast's warmth will moderate considerably, and the Western heat will intensify. That's almost too cold for this time of year as swimming holes wont be that enjoyable, haha. Sunday Partly sunny with a 40 percent chance of showers. Highs in the lower 70s.
