We need some interesting wx

Dull as dirt here

Its summer...it happens. Ya'll who don't remember the pre-2008 days on Eastern would find threads in the summer that would actually go a whole day (or even multiple days in some cases) without a reply. Summer posting was very sporadic back then and probably more than 2/3rds of the posters were just seasonal (winter) posters sans something like a massive severe wx outbreak. Now I'd say that more than half of folk here are at least semi-regular posters in the summer.

I like that there is not much activity.

Was hoping to get some good rain, but I don't that's happening here locally. We'll have to see how the stuff in western SNE does, but this all looks like high base light rain aside from the heavier echoes in the Berks and into SE NY.

After last week's deluge just some stratiform is fine. What time are CT Blizzs spinners expected? Man is it cool today.

Great call on the 7/10 split.

A  whopping .02 here and rain ending in W Ct shortly

What a bust fpr those calling for widespread soakings and radars filling in

Muggy , sticky one out there today..Almost an AC day

It's muggy. Got a sweat going on the way in. Of course I only wear long sleeves to work unless its aoa 95.

been outside working since 0630. Pool Water delivery day. Not too muggy, with the lack of sun as August wanes the cloudy muggy day's are not as bad. Every high dews day since July 21 has featured rain. This will end up being the finest week of summer, great for our members on vacation this week. The mild up looks meh but as we talked about around the first of the month, with the Bermuda High rebuilding our tropical period from the last week of August to the first week of Sept is primed.

I didn't really call anything, just wondering if that would happen.Hopefully the stuff west of CT survives.
