mnweather
Some reports of snow in the BWCA last weekend. http://blogs.mprnews.org/updraft/2013/07/snowsquatch-tracking-mysterious-july-snowfall-reports-from-bwca/ A recent capital weather gang article has a quote from a DLH met stating it has happened every month of the year. http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/capital-weather-gang/wp/2013/07/29/embarrassing-cold-northern-minnesota-town-dips-to-35-on-july-29/ Lots of contradictions but an interesting conversation piece nonetheless. Geos
Was there moisture available last weekend? I would suspect it was only flurries. It was definitely cold enough in Embarrass.

Yeah there was moisture around. If it did snow then yes I would agree it would have been flurries. There is no photographic proof that has turned up yet though so for now the mystery continues.
