We see this almost everytime, the day of a pm/eve fropa the daily high temp for at least eastern areas is underdone by a few degrees. I have never seen anyone downplay one of the hottest periods in our history like he has the last 30 days I've had one 90* day. Last year, I had 2, the year before 1. Sure I haven't had the frequent upper 70's, low 80's and instead have had highs in the 86-88 range. My mins have been warmer than normal and it's been humid.
