N. OF PIKE
yep the HI at work was 109 and I pointed out we were in the worst possible position, high dews no seabreeze. As far as HI goes I am curious about the research Phil posted. the no sea breeze kills the bodys cooling system as does the sun so i mean any research into a index that doesnt account for those and yet discusses the bodys cooling system has limited accuracyBut i mean with all that being said maybe 95/73 under full sun and no breeze isnt enuf to cook someone. Hottest ever experience was 100/73 in boca raton in june of 2009. I can say w out question the killer that day was the lack of any wind what so ever. I gotta find it on the noaa climate data
Ginx snewx
Not this often. Twice in 1 month 5 or more consecutives AOA 90 for BOS. Folks will record a July much above at the big 4. This is far from an average summer.impressive heat but still far away from a top ten summer of 90s, early July high overnites Skewed but still impressive week to quickly be replaced though. Enjoy the change.

Enjoy the change. For this area it's one of the true hot ones. I see the old timers daily and that's their take. We typically have a few hot days then gone for 2-3 weeks. This has been sustained since late June of above normal temps and way above normal humidity. Cbreeze gone....hot again.
