N. OF PIKE
NAM MOS spitting out 94F for KBOS compared to 89F from GFS. Jeez. you think BOS makes 90 today? 850's look a tad less than yest w lower lunching pad. I just dont know if sea breeze timing is suppose to be same. I say no for today

N. OF PIKE
They're about 16-18C for the area. What were the yesterday at this time? For bos they look 1c cooler ( i.e close to 16c) and since they barely got there before the sea breeze i think they could struggle today, not overly confident in call. 925's are 22c so who knows

I just dont know if sea breeze timing is suppose to be same. I say no for today 88 It's going to be close but might fall just short. I was more optimistic yesterday but looking at how we dipped to 73F this morning it might be hard. KBOS was 86F at this time yesterday. Like you said the thing that keeps me skeptical is the low launching pad from overnight. The timing of the sea breeze will be hard to pick out. Monday it began around noon, and yesterday it began around 2:00, but temperatures were around 85-86 at this time. I'll go sub 90 today as well. I need aoa 90 today to have any realistic hope of 20 by 8/1. It is more humid today and that makes it harder to rapidly heat.

Yeah dew point was 65F at 9:00 yesterday, and 68F on Monday. It'll be sad to see it come to an end only for the heat to return tomorrow and Friday, maybe even Saturday as well. N. OF PIKE
Big 4 (MTD) Bos 5.2 PVD 6.5 ORH 5.6 BDL 6.5 Torch! These will peak fri a few tenths higher for most and sun/mon will knock them down close to a degree if we get consecutive -5's.. Then we shall see , maybe finish +4 to +5 (respectively) or within half degree of this, unless big heat returns last few days in july

ORH_wxman
I think they finish at 78.1 or better. I'll take the under. We'll need another quick warm/hot spell after next week if we want to reach that number...or we'll need it to just be several degrees warmer than the models say next week. Going to be hard to figure when you already have an east wind. MIT is right in Cambridge and according to Meso they are at 90F which sounds high. N. OF PIKE
KFIT at 88 83 here. That airport cooks it so funny how much of a torch they are at 350 there. If only the airport was on the w side of town it would be 5 f cooler. As well as orh being positioned in the highest part of town. I bet alot of times most people in fitchburg are just As cool as ORH because mean elevation is pretty similiar
