getting 1" of rain probably shot dca from getting super hot today tho all we need is a 15 minute wind switch off the crystal city oven.. as long as the corn fuel doesn't get in the way.

 

unless we are going to hit 99+, I don't really care that much about temp...95-98 is kind of boring at this point

I agree. This heat wave is not about heat IMO. We will remember this period for the anomalous dews. May as well make history and see how humid we can get today.

re: inner harbor.. funny, a lot of mets dis it but today i see a lot of them mentioning it because it has the highest HI. 

 

you know it's not all that hot when HI is the main ref everywhere. ;)

I think the worst case scenario is we are 96/73 this afternoon and everyone is disappointed

 

at this pt 95+ is what i'm looking for. we prob can do it again tomorrow so 6 95+ in a row, plus the high lows.. still a high end event.

Multiple stations in Baltimore are showing high dews... while they are PWS and probably poorly placed, regardless its hot
