In fact that part about changing to rain has no backing, and even their own forecast says something completely different than the discussion. The EE rule is that when the Euro and the ETA are in agreement, you can take that solution to the bank. Of course, EE doesn't work anymore because the ETA became the NAM, but you get the point.
