HIPPYVALLEY
75/68 at almost 10:30pm. I'm sick of this sh*t and I'm sick of my air conditioners going 24/7! At least the coast has had some periods of ocean cooling and some N & S have seen T-storms. NW MA has just been endless humid monotony. lol

ct_yankee
These kind of storms are supposed to be hit or miss, more or less random... And yet the same areas seem to be getting hit over and over again, day after day, while other areas - specifically, mine - can't buy a damn storm for love or money. Yeah, it's getting old. powderfreak
67/66 and it feels comfy... dare I say I am getting used to this type of humidity? It doesn't seem to bother me as much as it did a week ago, haha. Can't wait for those first few days of dews in the 50s.
radarman
Small cell was nearby a few minutes ago with thunder and some rain. Belchertown has done well the last 2 days with a good storm this afternoon after some excitement yesterday.
monadnocks
My complaining worked a bit - we got a brief shower. We need something between "the roads are washed out again" (Surry and Alstead last week) and "the topsoil is just powder" which is where we were this afternoon by 4 pm. Ginx snewx
Looks like some real weather to discuss incoming within a week. The severe and SOS calls have been proven to be very localized, perhaps some symoptic organized widespread stuff PRE and directly,

Yeah, I've been thinking that when dew points finally drop below 60 it'll feel chilly to us after getting used to the 70+ swamp for so long, lol. Just goes to show how our bodies can adjust... moneypitmike
Congrats to all who got storms and rain last night. Nada here in GC. I've lost any interest/concern in flood watches. We'v'e had how many of them in the last 10 days or so. Totoal rainfall during the past 10 days you ask??? .25".
