OceanStWx
Ha, SPC says watch unlikely in their MD for the region, and summarily we have 2 concurrent warned cells... nice! I would think 6 severe reports shouldn't be too unlikely today.
Baroclinic Zone
Quite the evolution visible. Crisp edges and violent billows to the towers mean big CAPE. nice. let's get some more to develop. looks like just enough of a trigger with the front draped over the area. ROOSTA
I would think 6 severe reports shouldn't be too unlikely today. That's just in Tolland alone. Towers are utilizing the entire atmosphere, beautiful!

OceanStWx
Nice dual outflow boundary with the cell too! Seems like it initiated off the sea breeze. Now the cold pool is laying down more boundaries. Probably going to fire off a few cells around it now.

OceanStWx
Southern storm has a meso that is looking far more impressive now. The northern storm lost the low level circulation after one volume scan.

ct_yankee
The cell near Rutland VT has had a impressive couplet for a while, surprised it's not even severe warned. Lots of spin with these storms today, kinda surprising given the apparently mediocre shear - I say apparently because obviously something is creating those mesos... radarman
That storm with the TOR looks like nothing on SRM. The southern storm actually looks more impressive. I was out chasing the southern storm. It was awesome!! Very impressive rotation, I got some pics that I'll upload later. Saw the TOR out in Amherst. Haven't had a chance to review the radar data yet but my impression on a quick look on the phone was no tornado. Good shelf cloud, but the southern storm is a legit supercell.
