The unfortunate thing for me personally is my love and fetish with high dews comes at a price with my running. I'm in official training for NYC marathon now and the runs are tough in this stuff. Even at 5:00 am with a 72 dew,, it ain't easy.

Include the bridge of flowers 10k in your training. Second sat in august here in shelburne. All weenie runners should participate.

80 dews would certainly help overcome these meh lapse rates.

If we can make meteorologists "believe" the home weather station dews, maybe it will help storms to pop better later on?

Soneone said we'd pop storms today with sea breezes and boundaries

Your ridge that you do desperately want means extremely boring wx. Congrats.

It was hot as hell today at the beach, but nothing 66 SSTs and beer can't handle. Sucks to live in a place like Tolland with no relief.

79/71 - Clear skies - breezy SW wind.  Not bad.  High of 82.

Fog Bank lurking very close... Hoping it stays out through at least 9:30 so Westerly can get their fireworks in at Town Beach.   Nothing worse than fireworks in the fog.

Should be OK... in Westerly. It's a cool looking visible sat loop.

I wonder if any station hits 100°F ? The PnC has 98°F for the forecasted high for tomorrow. Last Century mark was July of 2 years ago?

850s aren't warm enough I don't think...probably not really close. Maybe a couple 95s-96s in the worst torch spots?
