N. OF PIKE
Ha , yes it does. Lots of form fitting wear, its glorious to get out and about and appreciate all the working out some chicks have done. It appears to have been a bountiful spring and now summer for some, time to harvest the crops. 84 and not to bad if u have a breeze. Dews in 60's again
TalcottWx
Landed in FLL yesterday and staying at the Yankee Clipper, or what is now known as the Sheraton Ft Laud beach hotel. Believe it or not, its a little drier then usual for this time of year down here. Showers and storms yesterday struggled to get going. Low topped, quick 2 minute downpours with the sun out was the extent of it. Hoping we can keep it going as the week continues, however a mid level low is supposed to be working west over south florida into midweek which should bring in a higher chance of showers and storms. We move hotels today back up to our timeshare in Laud by the sea. A couple pictures from an hour ago when I woke up
Ginx snewx
Cool days then a heat wave followed by a pattern change by next weekend. The countdown to winter begins.
Baroclinic Zone
looks like a reprieve from the high dews for a day or two. heat builds in next week but there is the potential for a bdf to impact some of the area.
weatherwiz
I really hope we can get a major severe wx setup at some point either during this upcoming heat wave or to end it

nzucker
I really hope we can get a major severe wx setup at some point either during this upcoming heat wave or to end it If that Quebec vortex can push south a bit, we might get an interesting set-up as the jet is strong with the big contrast in geopotential heights due to the powerful WAR and PV to the north. If we can get some strong jet dynamics to work into the airmass we will have along with some energy...ka-BOOM

powderfreak
God it feels good out. Temps dropping through the 60s with dews in the 50s and a 10mph breeze. A guy from CT just walked in the bar and said its cold out, lol. He wasn't bald. From BTV: "Low temperatures will be a few degrees below normal the upper 40s to middle 50s tonight...so for the first time in weeks you likely won't need your air conditioners on giving everybody's electric bill a break!"
