In other news, could be some tstms moving almost due south from NNE today.  Tough to pin point, but perhaps maybe western areas into CT and then again ern MA?

Maybe I'll wash my car to ensure the Pit gets hit.

I also see the poss of the interior mixing out and dews in the M to U 60s perhaps at times from tomorrow into Wednesday. Most oppressive dews may be today and perhaps ahead of fropa.

Let the mixing begin.

72.9/70

If the ensembles are right, the heat is done for the most part. It would turn wet but se-s winds at times too would mute temps. Certainly could be swampy, but that isn't a hot pattern. Warm and muggy yes.

That's really been the theme of this summer-excessive humidity...wouldn't surprise me to see that continue....

Are 17c 850's good enough for low to mid 90's on mon-wed? I would think maybe were more near 90 maybe torch spots tickle 92

Looks like 850's are 18-19c thur-sat for good chunck of sne at least wrt to euro op and prolly best shot for mid to maybe upper 90's tickle.

It all depends on the moon cycles a good nor easta will send em all the way in to moosup

Buzzards Bay can be awful in a warm summer after a storm pushes the big jellyies up the coast.  They get trapped with nowhere to go.

Last year out at Craigsville Beach there was a weekend where the line at the first aid was 20 deep all day. lol

Ok. I said they are above so like 2.5-4 f above for most of area. (Ct,ri, s of fall river , as well as e ma up thru maine

BOS Harbor is 67F which is about what they should be. Water temps off of MVY are near 70 which is like 2F above normal. Considering our airmass is coming from the deep south, I don't see these SSTs as an issue.

Isn't that what took down all the Greenfield trees about 3-4 Mays ago? I lost power for four days as a result of those--the inspiration for my generator purchase.

Yup, watched reds and purples on the radar move straight S from Brattleboro, never seen that before. Scariest wx event I've been through.
