Avdave
Wooo another sprinkle moved through here 30 mins ago. Enough to dampen the driveway and deck. Roads are dry.
BlizzardNole
Cloudy and muggy but still sitting at 0.0" of rain so far for this "multi-day rain event." Maybe we can squeeze a couple tenths of an inch out of today? Nah doubt it.

smokeybandit
Another flash flood watch for the area with another 2-3" possible. I wonder if this 2-3" will be like the 0.3" the last 2-3" brought.
mattie g
Yesterday evening was great for a family walk, but if it's going to be this freaking humid, then I at least want something to show for it. I've gotten .10-.15" from one shower since my 2"+ on Friday. Boo hoo.
North Balti Zen
Another flash flood watch for the area with another 2-3" possible. I wonder if this 2-3" will be like the 0.3" the last 2-3" brought. I know it was pointed out on here by Eskimo or meddler, that it would depend on where the train of rain set-up. Yesterday it was the shore. For them, the flood watch verified into a warning. For us, not so much, but its not like it was a complete whiff. It was as advertised. Today, maybe our way gets into the training precip and the shore misses out. Its not like this is one shield of rain covering hunderds of miles...
Ellinwood
lol like we need any more rain. If anything I would think NOT getting the possible 2-3" would make people happier.

The Dude
every mid atlantic 'tornado' conveniently has a tree covering the entire area where the tornado might be. It's like trying to find a non-blurry picture of big foot.

North Balti Zen
For central northern VA is was a complete whiff. 87 raindrops with a flash flood watch = lol Sigh. It was similar up here. But it wasn't a complete whiff because decent sized parts of the LWX area got a bunch of rain. Just beause your backyard didn't see it doesn't make it a complete whiff in my view as long as areas did cash in. Again, that was kinda as advertised. Some would see a bunch if they were under where the rain train set up.
Ellinwood
FYI this is what can happen when you get a lot of rain (from NY last week): I prefer my roads not-covered-in-water.
clueless
Not much relief from humidity here in Deep Creek. Some nice downpours, little to no sun. Temps are the only saving grace.
WVclimo
7 days in a row with measurable rain here. Deck Pic
81/72 It was definitely muggy at the game last night...slightly to somewhat uncomfortable...but mitigated by a nice breeze I decided that 77/72 and mostly cloudy is way better than 90/58 and sun..not even close
