6 inches of water on the ground in Millville, DE. Dude just kayaked down the road.

Yes, it's flooded over here.  We were camping at Trap Pond state park.  Our campsite flooded badly so we brought the RV home.  My  hubby took a photo of the campsite if I can get it on here I will.

What an odd system with the retrograding 500 low and massive moisture. Just waiting for the pivot now.

It's been a weird summer.  Last weekend, we had the high retrograding from the EAST to dry us out temporarily.  Now this.  Would be nice to get back into a more progressive flow, with stuff going west to east like normal.

If we moved north our snow chances might get better in the winter

So a question... we had the Bermuda high retrograding on shore from the Atlantic last weekend (before being pushed back out to the east).  Now, we have an upper low retrograding west through the midwest and eventually to the great plains, and high pressure off shore also retrograding west.  Why?  I'm interested in the meteorological reasons as to why this is happening now.

If we are going to get 100's we better get a derecho. That's all I'm saying.

00z GFS showing 17c to 18c 850s for Sunday... 90 is pretty good bet for Sunday afternoon

I wouldn't mind evening complexes rolling through... LWX did mention NWly flow in their disco which would assist us in that regard
