I finished with orientation at Oswego and now I'm approaching the storms north of the Binghamton radar site and it is Dark alt of cloud to ground that I can see. Some extremely heavy rain around i-195. Looking at the radar its been raining there for a good hour. Must be some hefty totals. Florida-like weather has returned the next 2 days. Yeah driving down from Oswego, the storms have been training and you can tell when you drive through areas that have massive run off on the highways. The Euro seems to have lost the end of the week storm. GFS also dry Wed - Sat. Thursday could the first dry below normal day we've had in over a month.
