  FAIRFIELD COUNTY IN SOUTHERN CONNECTICUT...

* UNTIL 1130 AM EDT...

* AT 1104 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO NEAR NEW
  CANAAN...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH JUST NORTH OF THE MERRITT
  PARKWAY.

* THE TORNADO WILL BE NEAR...

  WILTON BY 1125 AM...
  GEORGETOWN BY 1130 AM...

THE SAFEST PLACE TO BE DURING A TORNADO IS IN A BASEMENT. GET UNDER A
WORKBENCH OR OTHER PIECE OF STURDY FURNITURE. IF NO BASEMENT IS
AVAILABLE...SEEK SHELTER ON THE LOWEST FLOOR OF THE BUILDING IN AN
INTERIOR HALLWAY OR ROOM SUCH AS A CLOSET. USE BLANKETS OR PILLOWS TO
COVER YOUR BODY AND ALWAYS STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS.

IF IN MOBILE HOMES OR VEHICLES...EVACUATE THEM AND GET INSIDE A
SUBSTANTIAL SHELTER. IF NO SHELTER IS AVAILABLE...LIE FLAT IN THE

Lol went outside to trim hedges a little bit ago, instant downpour. Welcome to the jungle.

I did manage to get some garden work done this morning and the mosquitos were surreal. Long sleeves and pants were mandatory.

Sprayed my hat down with DEET and it was like a parting of the Red Sea as they swarmed in a 5" perimeter around my head but no closer. lol That's why I never put that stuff on my skin!

Ton of squitos out while we wrap and burlap the balls of trees this morning. None biting though..
