Is this accurate at the end of May? Didn't Mansfield get hit by the memorial day weekend snowfall?

Yes...the Coop had 13.7" or something like that, but the depth for some reason didnt get over like 6". However, numerous skiers, including JSpin, have photos with depths of 16-24"....so I'm not really sure what happened.

This is the first snowfall on that mountain that I've missed in like 5 years, so I can't really comment on anything aside from that.

Only got up to 82F at the house yesterday. I was surprised it wasn't higher given how hot it was down 'in town' on the valley floor. No complaints though, lol.

On these hot days, I'm very thankful to have this traversing our property:

Yeah amen...this is what I have in the backyard. Our property includes 150ft of river bank...

I've got a decent 4-5ft deep pool but most of it is 1-3ft. Enough to wade and float in the deeper sections. The dog loves it though. Crystal clear water and its usually deeper than it looks because of the clarity.

The recorded depths there are 4” on 5/25, 6” on 5/26, 5” on 5/27, and 3” on 5/28, but the line on the SkiVT-L plot seems to be skewed with respect to the date a bit, so there may be an issue there in the automatically plotted data.  That little reprise blip at the end of the plot is the storm though.  I’ve got those data on my own plot however, where the dates line up correctly:

It wasn’t as big as some of our spring elevation storms, but with respect to the depths recorded at the stake, it still looks surprisingly unimpressive relative to what we encountered out there.  The Chin side of the mountain certainly seemed to pick up more snow:

…but even over on The Nose side of the mountain, I found more than what was reported from the stake.  The image below is from just a few hundred feet below the position of the stake:

The stake is in a nice sheltered spot, but this must have been one of those storms where the snow didn’t accumulate there very well relative to some other spots around the mountain.

BTV is pegging like 8-10pm in VT for storms, so we'll see...also they said the northern tier of counties will have the best chance and I'm sort of surprised at how far south the watch went in VT/NH.

I don't think the coverage was supposed to be all that great, just that storms that do form will be strong.

Me thinks Dryslot may have fun in about 3 hrs.

Usually I would think that would involve Captain Morgan or a snowmobile. Possibly both.

lol, Just got off the golf course, Pretty good line getting ready to push thru, Just outside the severe box but will probably be in the next updated one
