powderfreak
Hail about 2 miles south per radar. Just intense lightning. I'm in Hanover Ma. Nice! Yeah I've turned off all the lights in my house and am just watching the strobe that is taking place all around. The house gets lit up like every 10 seconds it seems. Anyway, dry begets dry. If that sultan signal sets up over western New England over the next week, we'll likely put up some pretty darn impressive May/June rainfall amounts, which are currently in the 11-16 inch range and those have risen with all of today's rain. And it looks like we have another 1-2 hours of rain to go tonight. At least its cooled off to 65/64.

Quincy
Best part of the storms here in SW CT was actually as the storms departed. Great light show in the wake. Saw some sick cloud-cloud and cloud-ground strikes. Wish I had brought my tripod to do some time lapse shots.
