Damage In Tolland
They had part of the road closed. This guy was not happy with my damage tour. I doubt winds were higher than 45-50. Lots if leaves and smaller limbs all over . But no trees except probably where they had blocked off
CT Rain
Is there any tree that can withstand a 30mph wind in NE CT? BDL did gust to 40 knots so I bet there were some 50 knotters in Tolland/Coventry/Willington as that storm pulsed up.
MaineJayhawk
Was hanging with the kids at Splashtown as the storm rolled in. Kept my eyes to the sky and got the kids and myself out to the car just as the gust front blew through. Saw moms frantically getting toddlers out of strollers and into cars. Hvy hvy rain with frequent CG and strong wind. Good storm.
