Been top 20 rainy June so abundant soil moisture likely retard temps 2/3 degrees versus dry conditions. I think one time Mr Z. you sort of graded on a curve taking into account time frame forecast was done. To me, a forecast done and stuck with on Tue/Wed is Much more impressive, if it wins or does very well, than one issued at 10pm tonight.

True, but the idea was just to give a window to enter the contest. Everyone is free to modify their guess until the deadline.
