Might be useful for very near-term forecasts (basically nowcasting), but probably only to give subjective forecasts. What one person finds hot and/or humid (dry and/or cold) is completely subjective, and is certainly not useful for data assimilation or improving the medium-range forecast. I suppose it's possible that they could develop statistics to predict how it will feel here tomorrow based upon how it feels today upwind, but again without exact numbers it will be hard to execute.
