moneypitmike
I'm 2.02" shy of 10" on the month. Certainly feasible that I'll hit that. If the stars line up right--er, the storms line up right--that should be easy.

snowman21
A front is defined by the wind shift and pressure change. Notice pressure falling at BDL early this morning and now it's rising slowly with a light N or NE wind. That's whatever is left of the front passing through. Whether there is some immediately discernible change in air mass is irrelevant to defining a frontal passage.

Quincy
Not to "rain" on any Kev's parade, but how do you explain a NE wind at IJD, BDL and HFD? I'd say wind direction is more of a universal sign of a front than a dramatic shift in temps/dews.

N. OF PIKE
Well i guess the only thing rev may have worth arguing is that there is not much of a front left, anyway over/under for rev's dewpoint at noon 66.5 what would u take

weathafella
We do not agree. To each their own. a windshift does not define a fropa So I guess on a 50 degree winter day that features an arctic fropa evident by slow fall off of temps in the afternoon before. They plunge after dark we're still pre frontal until dark? No one agrees with this and it is spin vs meteorology.
