CoastalWx
How does the Cape (Wellfleet to Truro) look Wednesday sun vs clouds wise? Probably some low clouds in the morning with all this humidity over the cooler ocean. Should burn off late morning I think.
Collinsville
Don't buy the snow blower...you'll jinx all of us! My father had heart surgery in spring 1994 so we got him a snow blower. He got to use it once in 94-95, lol. Paid off in 95-96.

CoastalWx
Nice. Tick tick tickle me pink Unless some sort of front or wave stalls just south or offshore...TP is sticking to people and mummifying them as it dries. I'm sure there will be some nuances that are tough to figure out over the next two weeks. It does look wet which has been concerned too as far as flooding goes. Cape can be tough this time of year when you have high dewpoints. My advice: go to the beachcomber in Welfleet and grab a stiff gin and tonic. Part of the reason why we chose early Aug to go to Florida this year if it wasn't for the constant high humidity, i'd actually consider living down there. i just get no enjoyment from sticky air. food goes bad quick, laundry smells, bedsheets are nasty, basements stink, grass gets all rotted, bugs, the list goes on and on. i'm really happy with 75-80F and no humidity. i like the kind of air you can't feel one way or the other. Damage In Tolland
Del Boca Vista?3.Running strengthens your knees (and your other joints and bones, too). It’s long been known that running increases bone mass, and even helps stem age-related bone loss. But chances are, you’ve had family, friends, and strangers warn you that “running is bad for your knees.” Well, science has proven that it’s not. In fact, studies show that running improves knee health, according to Boston University researcher David Felson in an interview with National Public Radio. N. OF PIKE
Running injuries are vastly under reported. Most people who run are mentally strong, they are people who can push thru pain, they stop running when the knee pain gets too much but they dont see a dr, they stop running and knee pain goes away, seen it happin so many times. You want to strengthen the knees, do a leg press or leg extension w resistance. Weights increase bone density or mass much better. Anyway hot and lovely, lets get boomers going
