Nice. Tick tick tickle me pink

Unless some sort of front or wave stalls just south or offshore...TP is sticking to people and mummifying them as it dries. I'm sure there will be some nuances that are tough to figure out over the next two weeks. It does look wet which has been concerned too as far as flooding goes.

I couldn't have drawn this up any better. All that rain the last month def has helped contribute to rolls and wet wads sticking to legs after wipings and couches stuck to folks as they get up to walk

you're only a few more years away from moving to FL. you're gradually changing.

there is nothing good about high dewpoints.

Ive always said I would summer in Florida and winter up here. Part of the reason why we chose early Aug to go to Florida this year

if it wasn't for the constant high humidity, i'd actually consider living down there. i just get no enjoyment from sticky air. food goes bad quick, laundry smells, bedsheets are nasty, basements stink, grass gets all rotted, bugs, the list goes on and on.

i'm really happy with 75-80F and no humidity. i like the kind of air you can't feel one way or the other.

Well maybe grass clippings rot and smell but lawns love this wx...what do you mean laundry smells? Are you keeping it in the diaper champ?

Del Boca Vista?

3.Running strengthens your knees (and your other joints and bones, too).

It’s long been known that running increases bone mass, and even helps stem age-related bone loss. But chances are, you’ve had family, friends, and strangers warn you that “running is bad for your knees.” Well, science has proven that it’s not. In fact, studies show that running improves knee health, according to Boston University researcher David Felson in an interview with National Public Radio.

Where did that come from? LOL.

Running is good for you...but running very long distances is not.

95 today? West winds may bring down dews a tad, but it's a scorcher.

back at the landscaping summer job i do often full time again. Company has the harvard contract. Tough day to plant 19 Colorado blue spruce trees. Nice view though. Right by the charles River /storrow drive and the football stadium. Kevin roots on 96/74 but not easy to work 10 hours in outside. Beautiful breeze though.

Running injuries are vastly under reported. Most people who run are mentally strong, they are people who can push thru pain, they stop running when the knee pain gets too much but they dont see a dr, they stop running and knee pain goes away, seen it happin so many times. You want to strengthen the knees, do a leg press or leg extension w resistance. Weights increase bone density or mass much better.

Anyway hot and lovely, lets get boomers going

Wait until Kevin sees the snakes in FL. I came across a cottonmouth one day.

that's what always sells me wife on staying up north. bugs, spiders, poisonous stuff etc that live down there. she'd go south in a heartbeat but i can always trump it with a crazy snakes or spiders the size of basketballs.
