HoarfrostHubb
Tell me about it...my girlfriend just got out of the shower and told me there was a spider...it was on the shower curtain which is my biggest fear. My mom took care of it!Did you see the video of the tv weather person in Vancouver and the spider?

moneypitmike
Well I guess I'm still saying this with fingers crossed, but yes. Moving to Weymouth. We outgrew our condo. Time for a house. This has been the most stressful 3 months ever. Just stupid stuff like snags and almost losing the deal etc. I didn't even want to discuss because for a while I wasn't sure if this would happen. If all goes well and I hope....we close Friday. Congrats, Scott==I hope Weymouth gives you better snows than Dorchester!
joey2002
73/72 here right now and my ssa is stuck to the couch. Currently not all that happy about it, lol. Meanwhile Kevin has been resting comfortably in AC, lol.
Cold Miser
I remember these mud wasps or some sort of bee that drilled into the boards of the house....I think that's what they were....regardless, it would sound like a B2 bomber coming in. Just a massive flying insect at night buzzing around the corner boards of the house. Freaking June bugs (I think that's what they are called) are the worst. Big-azz beatle like things that refuse to die. About 10 years ago I was heading out on the porch up at the lake house and one flew right into my eye and gave me a bruise. radarman
Where you moving too? Staying in the same general area, or maybe a condo at 2kft near Killington? Same town. Very nice place, but there's no doubt I was yearning to go west and north. Looked out on the east slope but just didn't find the right home. We're on the 5 year plan... if things go well maybe I'll be able to have that ski house before I'm 40. We locked in the interest rate at the rock bottom so that's a start For now it'll be day trips and living vicariously through the folks up in the high country. joey2002
Crazy humid out there... dew up to 70 at HFD. Went for a quick jog and came back soaked, lol.
It's Always Sunny
It wasn't our first pick, but pricing was right. I Acfually would rather be more on the s shore, but commute is important and it would be a disaster if I did. Can walk to the commuter rail and 15 min drive from the city. It's in a nice neighborhood and a good school around the corner for Bryce when the time is right. I'll miss the city though. Congrats! Commute is going to be a long one. I thought commuting from Dedham was bad enough.

CoastalWx
Closing is stressful. They always seem to want some obscure document at the 11th hour. Good deal? Yeah not bad. We made some money on our condo so that helped. Now it's heavy heavy purchasing of things like snow blower..lawn mower etc.

Damage In Tolland
Man scary stuff..As i walked out the front door to run this morning..a Fisher cat ran across my yard, up my neighbors driveway..and opened up the big plastic garbage can lid, climbed down into it and shut the lid. I got the hell out of dodge the other way as fast as possible big big sweat this morning
