Baroclinic Zone
Yeah some signs it's trying to redevelop currently. I agree on the "dryslot". Someone just N of that will get a lot of rain.
moneypitmike
Dry begets dry. NAM's not bad--spares the areas hit hardest from the earlier storms. Gets up here with 2.5-3.0, which exceeds the amounts from either of the priors. Flooding averted. 54.1/53 .10"

Damage In Tolland
Great news for the flood freaks @StormFurey: This band of rain could push BDL(6.55" so far) into top 10 wettest June's on records. #10/2011 at 6.75" #1/1982 13.62 http://t.co/elElDa0RSW

The wettest one is 9.74" (June 2006) although June 1992 wasn't bad at 7.74". I do remember 1982 and if I was keeping track of things back then it would probably be #1. CoastalWx
GFS has a strong signal for a trough from wrn CT into wrn MA. It would be a great day for the folks at 2k while Kevin and points east aren't as fortunate.
