Ginx snewx
Wonder if those who accuse will apologize? Me thinks not. apologize for what,? you are getting delusional. Just because someone says what a model showed 40s in the Berks does not mean what you said Some on here yesterday were calling for highs in 40's and rain all day. It won't be nice to be sure , but the afternoon should see some brightening and drying
Allenson
Just getting on here. For my hydroseeding project (day 6 since we hydroseeded) I really need some rain. Im right on the edge with the NAM, GFS says I get into it. Looking at the radar with a ESE track boy it will be close but I think the rain gets up to the Lakes Region. I hope so, trying to keep 2 acres watered is really hard on my wellpump. It's going to be close for us up here. We'll see. Didn't we just get a buch of rain on Tuesday? Damage In Tolland
Nice to have supposed good friends throw nasty potshots around with no reason. Light rain and 56.
wxeyeNH
It's going to be close for us up here. We'll see. Didn't we just get a buch of rain on Tuesday? I got 1.25" from the remains of Andrea and about the same on Tuesday. Perfect. Not the heavy rains that keep falling south of me. The surface hydroseed drys out is quickly. The ground water is fine its just that my pump has to bring water from 500 feet up to the surface. 2-3" of rain would be disaster for me but if I miss this I have to keep watering. A nice .75" would be perfect. Maybe we can get that?? Good luck to the folks further south that soon will have to build an ark!

ORH_wxman
Yeah you donkeys are right. Nobody said 40's. I made it all up. Jesus Christ Several posters said the Euro had 40s in the Berkshires tomorrow for a run or two...why does that equate to people "calling for 40s"? Esp in your backyard? Last I checked you didn't live on the spine of the Berkshires. Tomorrow may not end up in the 50s there and instead in the low to mid 60s...but you are being disingenuous when you say people were calling for 40s. You don't need to spin every single post into being "calling for X". This is a weather board where we will forward model information to those who don't have it. If we should stop explaining what the Euro has because its perceived as being a personal forecast, then maybe that is better for the board? I dunno. This maybe my perception lol but ,What i always wonder is why things are explain'd to rev like he is a 10 year old, when he knows what exactly he is doing . And yes it looks like the hydro prediction center is gonna bust awfully at least in nys and w ma, perhaps e ma to lesser degree

OSUmetstud
Decent rain in my hood....over an inch based on radar estimates. That band near SYR means business. Storm never got quite as strong as some of the model runs over the past couple days. MCS enhanced cyclogenesis can play some havoc with the models. IsentropicLift
yeah the 12z looks north Just comparing the 12z NAM to current radar trends I wouldn't put to much stock into it. It had the squall line currently hammering southern NJ out by Central Long Island and dissipated by 15z. Current time is 1445Z
