dendrite
40s for the interior Fri afternoon? I would normally like where I sit for the mid-level deformation, but fluff factor won't help me in the warm season.
CoastalWx
Well as I mentioned, euro would change precip and it did. Very wet and further north.

Damage In Tolland
Drunk? The winds may be the bigger problem vs the rain
CoastalWx
The winds may be the bigger problem vs the rain It's a ton of rain just north of the track. I do think models may be too far north with the rain, but the mid levels just go to town causing rain to be thrown further north than normal. I still think heaviest rain just north of the srfc low by 50-70 miles.
Damage In Tolland
Also as we mentioned yesterday..this is in quicker and out quicker..so the sun is out Friday afternoon and we warm to near 70 ..In Ct and Western mass anyway.

It may....may affect the advection processes in the developing storm.

CoastalWx
How bad do you think wind damage will be? The NWS has gusts to 50 at BDL. I don't see that at all for BDL. They are lucky to gust to 40 with a 970 Low near ACK. Maybe gust 40-50 at the coast/Cape.
