not to mention the hook SE of mansfield ohio

Yeah, OH is getting sneakily bombed by supercells with tor potentials on radar.  Could easily have justified a watch there.

Yeah to the confluence. I have been wondering about that as well.  Not sure it will matter much because that structure is breaking down as this low propagates east.   Time will tell.

Yea should be a great weekend, it is cold 55/55, hauling to a slowdown as LP evolves and ULL for Friday, you will clear out late Friday it appears but not a great day. Euro Ens show warmth at day 10 until then pretty normal but cool with trough on the East Coast and they have the LP next weekend too.

WOW 55 that sounds le miz, thankfully we broke out of the stank the other day at 930 when I sent you that pic, tomorrow is just fine and the weekend is ridiculous.  Pristine chamber of commerce weather and next week total summer feel with plenty of sun and a couple tstorms.

This rain is luxurious, clean and green.

Just like September is a summer month to the frigid fairies when its a warm one even though its MET fall.

Lol

Hopefully next winter is the warmest least snowy in history although I have already issued my winter forecast of DRY but extreme cold, I have been dead on accurate over the last three years.

How will everyone get out and enjoy the rain today?

Euro a lot different for Monday now...we get into the warm sector. It looks more like it did several days ago rather than the recent trend of keeping us hung up along ornorth of the warm front with a secondary wave forming along it to our south.

There would probably be a legit severe threat in NY State (and perhaps W SNE?) if that happened. Of course this is just one run and 4.5 days out, so we'll have to see if thats a real trend.

At noon-1pm you were down to 60F at BDR...though as of 2-3pm you've warmed back up to 61F.

61F at 2pm at BDR.... and the normals are 76/60.  So early-mid afternoon you are right around your normal low temp for the day and 15 degrees below your normal afternoon high.

Maybe it doesn't feel cold, but that's gotta at least register as a "chilly" for the time of year?

It's freezing.  I just went out to mail something and the wind is raw and it's 59 IMBY

The only crappy part about the Euro going nuts with that system to our NW (and thus putting us in the warm sector on Monday) is that its at the expense for any shot at warmer weather next weekend. Shoves all the heights south and we end up with E flow on Saturday on the north side of another coastal wave.

Tough pattern to pin down next week.
