Typhoon Tip
Ribbing Kevin for wishcasting or interpreting a model incorrectly is different than claiming I like cooler weather "to be a contrarian". We all like to rib posters from time to time. Sorry, your psycho-analysis should probably be left for off topic. I could on and on about why I think you post the way you do, but its not appropriate for here. Dude, if you go back and read what I originally wrote more objectively, I said you et al were being sarcastic toward him, and it was heavily implied that it was on-purpose. There's noting wrong with using the word contrarian, and in that context is was not personal. "We all like to rib posters from time to time" spins pretty heavily and denies the truth that some people are doing so toward particularly individuals, disproportionately. You coming back with "DEAD WRONG" is dismissive, bordering on disrespectful, reactionary on your part, and just heavy handed. If you don't like the way I post the way I do, then don't be an a-hole

ORH_wxman
Thanks for making my point. I was laughing at the irony of you calling me an a-hole for the 2nd time in 2 months when you are the one going around psycho-analyzing posters telling them what they are thinking. Maybe you need a break from the board if you are going to chuck personal insults.

weatherwiz
Certainly a difficult forecast for the mid-Atlantic tomorrow as far as severe goes. I could see this really not panning out with the expectations some out there are having. Could have extensive cloud debris which could take a bit to clear out so instability may not fully be realized and with such strong shear, you'll need buoyant enough updrafts to be able to withstand the strength of the shear to develop robust enough. Typhoon Tip
Anwyay,... about the weather. The 12z GGEM has joined the NAM and GFS in weakening the affects of this next storm. May be a trend worth noting...
