powderfreak
That's a damaging soueaster for all on the Nam Maybe on the islands off SNE....Winds look ENE for most in the interior though and the warm front struggles to Long Island. Looks like heavy, heavy synoptic rain with a nice inversion below 2,000ft from cold, dense airmass bleeding in on NE winds.
#NoPoles
today was an awful day for no-see-ums! all this rain sure has brought an rapid influx of biting insects...oh well, the drier beginning to spring was much appreciated as it kept the bug population low... dendrite
Thankfully we don't get coastals in June so we can throw all of these runs out. Seriously though, I'd love to get a low like that in July this year. When was our last solid July mid-lat cyclone?

Mr Torchey
Wet times for sure, as long as the weekend is nice who cares................and we have another dandy delight heading this way! Can't believe BOS is +3.9 on the month, +5 yesterday +2 Saturday..............only -1 today and a 0 at ORH I thought they would have been way way below normal on the day and over the weekend. This coming weekend is going to be stellar man, 70s and sun just great late spring weather!!!!!

This coming weekend is going to be stellar man, 70s and sun just great late spring weather!!!!! BOS averaging below normal over the past 7 days though. Same with ORH, but ORH's been much more below normal than BOS. Both sites would probably below normal for the month (BOS probably right at average, but ORH definitely below) if you remove the first two days of the month.
