I guess?

There have been 8 double digit positive departure days combined at the big 4 to on single - doube digit departure day that was at ORH.  We had the heat to close out May and open June.  BOS is +3.2 on the month others around +1 I guess did not look.  I was simply stating what happened where I live, that it was a plus 3 day and 81/60 split, thats all not a commentary on Northern Vt or anywhere else for that matter.

I think it warms up big time later next week, and also think the month ends up on the + side, if thats funny...........so be it.

Have a great night! Its a beauty here temp down to 72 nice breeze and retreating dews after a steamy day HERE.

Rock on:)

I think what we'll see is a gradient this month from south to north because of days like these.

Up here BTV is +1 (through yesterday) but MPV is -0.8 and long-term 1V4 is -1.8 on June so far.  Completely erased the double-digit positive departures to start the month off.

That's why there are so many of us with different opinions on the month... there's been several days like today where the south coast might have a decent day (and be above normal) while CNE and NNE (say from I-90 north) never get out of the 50s or 60s.

So everyone will likely end up being "right" or getting the weather that they want, as you down in SW CT are in a good position to get the heat, while CNE/NNE avoids it.  There's been some big gradients so far this month between north/south and I bet we'll see that in the departures from normal.

Unfortunately my power went out as that core approached so I wasn't able to upload any of the data from my weather station :(

Yeah it looked like you guys were getting slammed with tons of lightning and heavy rain.
