2.17" since midnight.  Only 0.05" in the last hour or so though (maybe hour and a half even).

 

Went to pick up pizza and Galloway Road was flooded.  Did the right thing and turned around, didn't drown.

SE PA is still under a NE wind, but DE is under a southerly wind. We're still stable, but that boundry hasnt moved much the last hour or so. Thats why the convective stuff nearBear, De is keeping the heavier stuff south of PA/Camden...
