Sunny and Warm
You guys will have baroclinic processes in your favor today, but Andrea underperformed down here. We were forecasted to get 3-5", but generally the area got 1-2". Andrea's remnants are really hauling, and I wouldn't be surprised if it ended earlier than anticipated where you guys live. As I said, you have different processes than we had, but thought I'd mention my experience with "Andrea".

noctilucent
I had 1.08" from last night to 7:30 am today. Probably close to 0.8" in the gauge since that time. A morning lull has given way to more heavy showers with 1 rumble of thunder (or, could have been my neighbor's generator in test mode). I see a good 3" from this.... NJHurricane
Andrea remnants seem to have much more easterly component in its movement now...I think the heavy band developing over the Va capes will shift east as it feeds northward....in line with guidance that showed heavy rainfall over Del valley and NW late this afternoon
Thunder Road
1.20" since midnight according to the Davis. Can't figure out how to check yesterday's rainfall since the arrow buttons loop through what I want displayed on the bottom of the console instead of through past days like it used to. noctilucent
In the midst of that moderately heavy band moving northward from Center City. Could be the last of the heavier stuff IF that band to the southwest goes directly north and passes us by to the west. We are up to about 2.5" here.
