2.75 since 6am - 1.15 in one hour

 

Max rainfall rate as that band moved through was 5. 19

 

Winds were gusty/squally as that band moved through... Peak wind of 29 with that band. 

 

Edit - 2.80 - another .05 in less than 3 minutes.

Fall River... that rings a bell.  Wasn't there some other urban flooding incident that involved Fall River?...A FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1030 PM EDT FORPLYMOUTH...BRISTOL...KENT...BRISTOL...NEWPORT...PROVIDENCE ANDWASHINGTON COUNTIES...AT 815 PM EDT...SIGNIFICANT URBAN FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED IN FALLRIVER...WHERE CARS HAVE BEEN STRANDED IN TWO FEET OF WATER. DRIVERSMUST AVOID FLOODED ROADWAYS!
