Looking for more rain today.  I'm at 11.24 for the month.  My tomato bushes are a good nine feet tall and are still growing.  The bushes love the warm, humid conditions. Unfortunately,  the wet makes some of the tomatoes develop splits Still, I've been eating homegrown tomatoes for a week.  Hurray for summer.

Wow, that seems really early.  Up here, I've got green maters on the vine, but they're at least two weeks away from being ready.  I've been busy with a remodeling project this spring, but going to give crabbing a go for the first time this year on Tuesday.  Hurray for summer, indeed.

Heading to Baltimore for O's-Yanks in a couple of hours.  Radar not looking too promising for an uninterrupted night game.

Been sunny and very warm all day here.

It doesn't look like a rain out (I don't think) though we're in a wet looking pattern with a pretty solid chance of showers and thunderstorms at least each afternoon and evening and the rain could be heavy especially where training of cells occur.

Thanks.  I'll be pulling for that forecast.  8:15 start time, and almost 2 hours from home whenever we leave our seats.  Rain delays would not be helpful for going to work at 6 a.m. Monday.  :oldman:

That is absurd.... that's over one fourth of your average yearly precip in one month.

Yeah, the tomatoes plants are going nuts this year. Picked my first Early Girls a couple of days ago, and the first cherries are ready to go.

85/75 with full sun. Feels like Florida.

I love this weather. Not too hot with some periodic showers but usually not enough to ruin a whole day. I wish summer was 3 seasons and the other 3 months was a mixed bag of fall, winter, and spring.

Unfortunately for your area it's getting that way!

Man winter is lame around here anyway and most of the time always is. What is there to do in the winter aside from stare at computer models tracking snow busts. So much more to do outdoors when its warmer...to me at least. Cheers

Move to Atlanta

Funny you say that because I've been contemplating it a lot lately and have some fam down there. My jobby might keep me here for now though. I like this area a lot but could definitely do without winter. I don't even like to ski anymore. Would much rather be at a pool.

The old owners left us an overgrown garden with squash, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and pumpkins. Plus the yard has a cherry, peach and fig tree. And we have a huge grape vine.

I have no idea how to tend to a garden and multiple fruit trees haha
