Powerball
Short of divine intervention with the pointless crapvection, it looks like Detroit's going to make it through June without a 90*F day.

hawkeye_wx
Going to be a stormy day across Iowa. Flood warnings to my south and southeast, convection continues to backbuild. Another line of heavy rain headed more northeast again should hit CR. Western Iowa is lighting up as another big disturbance pushes into the state. Geos
Iowa has been wet most of this year. Just south of DLL is the bullseye for rain in the last 2 weeks. Both NAM and GFS nail SW Wisc. again with heavy rain next 2 days. A high end forecast from WGN of rain tallies this week.

hawkeye_wx
Didn't get much wind from the big line this afternoon, but got an inch of rain from it. My total rain for the day is 2.67". Five days ago we were about 2 inches below normal for three weeks into June. Now we are an inch above normal for the entire month. I was awaken by a storm at 1:30am last night and I haven't been to sleep since, so I only had one hour of sleep. My eyelids are pretty heavy when I'm typing. Picked up 2.21" for the day at the house, but amounts go up quick just southwest of here. Parts of the QC have had 4-5" just since midnight.
