Hopefully nothing happened here, but no doubt a large congregation at a casino on a Friday night.

Vandalia-Springfield

I'm with you. ENE of STL or so.

Still don't know if I'm chasing.

I like the Springfield to Champaign corridor at present for Friday.  Could be quite the day.

not bad calls from yesterday...we were a little late and too far east but the right idea

Latest slight risk by the SPC mirrors that thought I'd venture to guess.

I don't know.  It's just annoying how I got screwed out of a good light show every single day this week.  The whole period just hasn't panned out at all for the western side of the state.

At work (in Hartford, IL) pulling a double. Had the tornado pass just south of here. Couldn't see it with all the damn rain, but you could see the power flashes We were close enough that you could feel the building being pulled on by the intense circulation. Absolutely tremendous lightning display. The storm had a classic HP supercell look when it was coming in with almost a mothership-type saucer shape.

Maybe another shot tomorrow. Besides, season is young.

I feel your pain... Still have yet to have a thunderstorm IMBY this week.

Tomorrows our last shot... And will probably end up being our best shot since everything has missed us today/tonight. However... You know how it goes, tomorrow by 12:30PM, under cloudy skies and temps near 70... We will watch storms explode over Southern Ontario and norther OH and push east.

Welcome to pure Michigan.
