I don't really like the wind profiles in the current tornado watch area. Not really a lot of turning with height.

 

 

 

yeah, it seems to be easier to spin something up real quick with this kind of storm movement but i'm not really impressed with the tor probs

I don't think many of our WI/W Illinois posters want high tornado probs anyway, so that's good.  Heavy convection is just as interesting, and what intrigues some of us more.

Would love to get your thoughts if you have the time.

I like the shear- both directional/speed, instability looks great, convection from tonight will lay out some additional boundaries... Think area from mississippi river and east through illinois will be prime...don't think clearing will be a problem
