Nothing but mild days and cool nights FTW.

From BTV's AFD:

"Given the cloudiness and periods of showers...temperatures during the period likely won't feel like a typical early/mid-June. Have gone with below-climatology highs and lows near to slightly above normal."

Well that will be later in the week, but just talking about the next 2 nights or so. Then we do it again next week.

They'll be plenty of days to track mild ups and decaying severe in SNE...lets just enjoy the perks of living here during the warm season.

Warm deep days and mild normal nights FTW

Your forecast shows otherwise depending on what your definition of warm days and mild nights is lol. Your zone forecast by BOX doesn't have Tolland County hitting 80-degrees anytime soon...at least not in the next 7 days.

And lows in the mid-40s tonight followed by days in the 70-75F range. Heck Thursday you are partly sunny and struggling to hit 70F.

Deep deep summer.

Tonight

Mostly clear. Lows in the mid 40s. Northwest winds 5 to 10 mph.

Wednesday

Mostly sunny. Highs in the mid 70s. Northwest winds around 5 mph...becoming west in the afternoon.

Wednesday Night

Partly cloudy in the evening...then becoming mostly cloudy. Lows in the lower 50s. South winds around 5 mph.

Thursday

Partly sunny. Highs around 70. East winds around 5 mph...becoming south in the afternoon.

Thursday Night

Rain likely. Lows in the mid 50s. Southeast winds 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 60 percent.

Friday and Friday Night

Rain. Highs in the mid 60s. Lows in the upper 50s. Chance of rain 80 percent.

Saturday

Rain likely. Highs in the lower 70s. Chance of rain 60 percent.

Saturday Night through Tuesday

Mostly cloudy with a 40 percent chance of showers. Lows around 60. Highs in the mid 70s.

Yeah this is just beautiful stuff today/tomorrow and maybe even Thursday for the first part of the day.

70s/40s is just about perfect.

Even some frost advisories out there. I'll save everyone the bandwidth and won't post every frost advisory in the US and Alaska though ;)

But higher Dewey FTW

Yeah you're dew fetish will likely be satisfied by Saturday...lots of boundary layer moisture after that heavy rain event.

Meanwhile my large diurnal temp-swing fetish of warm-ish days and cool nights will be satisfied the next day or two.

Most likely true up on the hill...on the flip side it looks like 1000ft elevations down there didn't get out of the 60s today, though you should be able to get into the low 70s tomorrow before back in the 60s for Thur/Fri.67.3 was the high

Well at least I was 70+

See, don't people think this weather is a million times more pleasant then temps in the 90s with dews near 70? How in the world could you wish for that with weather like this. People are happy, windows open, life is good. This is pants tent weather.

I found everyone pretty happy with the full summer feel over this past weekend. It's nice now though..no denying it.

i bad a blast on sunday, perfect wx imo. The 90 degree temp w the windy sunny conditions and 80degree pool was heaven

Right, if you were pool/beachside. But for the rest f the 99.8% of us, thisweather is tops.

To me, the hot days remind me of carefree summer days of childhood. I have been loving the my entire life.

I don't mind the hot days if I am not working

In my youth when I had outdoor seasonal jobs, I still enjoyed it. The dog hates the heat though.

If there wasnt the wind on sunday i wouldnt have enjoyd it as much. To me if its gonna be hot make it sunny and give me lots of wind. The dews on sunday didnt boher me at all. However if i was at my aunts condo in cambridge in a room without A/C then someone shoot me. I hate stagnant heat, that is good for nothing

Well it's not like people were miserable, but man this airmass is just great. Crisp polah airya.

It gets quite cold here after the sun goes down though... I just love the warm and humid nights.

If I could, I'd take days like today with nights like late last week.
